Finding time to take care of yourself can be challenging when faced with change and uncertainty. We understand the importance of the mind and body working together to give you the tools to be successful. Below you will find ways you can be active, build healthy habits, make connections, practice self-care, and look after your mental health and well-being.


Mental Health Counseling

The Counseling and Wellness Center has adjusted support to provide online therapy for students in order to practice social distancing. Students experiencing an urgent mental health need still have access to on-call counselors and overnight/weekend emergency phone-support service remains available.

Care Team

The Care Team, as part of the Dean of Students Office, provides support to on-going care-based services. The Care Team helps students, faculty/ staff, families, etc. in success planning, resource referrals, medical petitions, and instructor notifications.

Wellness Coaching

GatorWell’s free virtual wellness coaching program for UF students can help if you would like to improve one or more of the following areas: Time Management, Stress Management, and Relaxation Strategies, Study and Test Taking Skills, Sleep Habits, Active Living, Eating Habits, Social Connection
