SCREAM (Students Challenging Realities and Educating Against Myths)
Theater is a peer education improvisational theater group associated with the Office for Violence

This one-hour active workshop will teach you the best way to maximize your time in the gym and on the road so that you can cross the finish line year round. Learn how to strengthen key muscle groups for injury prevention, increase power for speed and utilize other cardio workouts in order to run your next personal record.
