Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment is a serious issue which can impact interpersonal relationships, a fellow student’s academic performance, and the campus community as a whole. UF does not tolerate sexual harassment and all claims of sexual harassment are taken seriously.

As a UF student you can help to maintain the academic environment of the institution by exhibiting respect and concern for others. There is an expectation which is codified in the Student Code of Conduct that all UF students observe local, state and federal laws, and UF regulations, including those related to sexual harassment.

Whether you are looking to gain a better understanding of sexual harassment, to prevent it from occurring on campus, or to report an incident which has unfortunately already happened, this webpage and the accompanying online sexual harassment educational program are designed to provide you with information and resources you can use.
