The CRT provides services to the university community in the following manners.
- On Site visits
- Visits to Hospitals for victim and family support
- Consultation with Faculty and Staff
- Planning and assisting with Memorial Services
- Meeting with classes impacted by loss of a classmate
- Meeting with Roommates
- Visiting living units (including Fraternities and Sororities)
- Crisis Intervention on site
- Staff Development Workshops
- Publications on Emergency Issues
- Assistance with academic deadlines and notification to faculty
The CRT has responded over the years to many unfortunate and tragic incidents in our community. Below is a partial listing of some of the types of incidents we have assisted with. Please do not hesitate to call us under any circumstances to determine if we can assist you.

- Suicide attempts within Residence Halls
- Death from alcohol toxicity
- Death by unexplained causes

- Homicide of student off campus
- Student abduction and sexual assault
- Killing of professor during robbery
- Serial Homicides
- Illegal entry with a weapon into a residence hall
