The University of Florida Alcohol & Drug Education Policy Committee (ADEPC), formed in March 2000 and comprised of faculty, staff, and students, meet at least once a semester to discuss various campus issues as it relates to alcohol and other drugs. The purpose of this campus committee is to create and support an environment which promotes student wellness and academic success by providing leadership and coordinating multidisciplinary efforts, in an attempt to reduce the prevalence of alcohol and other drug problems. This Web site will serve as a comprehensive resource on alcohol and drug issues and policies for students, parents, faculty, and staff.
