The J. Wayne Reitz Union is an integral part of the University of Florida’s educational environment and supports the University’s mission by educating students in leadership, citizenship, programming, management, social responsibility, and interpersonal skills. Student Government, Sorority and Fraternity Affairs, and student organizations are also part of the J. Wayne Reitz Union. Out-of-class programs and activities provide opportunities for students to gain knowledge and experience as well as to develop appropriate life skills.
