The Student Affairs Employee Enrichment and Development (SEED) Committee is dedicated to creating a culture that enriches the experience and professional development of all employees throughout the Division.
The work of the Committee is focused on the following goals:
- Developing a sense of community within the Division
- Creating learning and development programs
- Designing recognition programs
- Conducting satisfaction assessments
- Developing and sharing resources
- Providing opportunites for research, scholarship, and professional developmen
The Staff Development Calendar is published at the beginning of each semester. We encourage you to sign up early as space is limited. Coordiante with your supervisor to make this a part of your professional development goals.
The committee is composed of staff members through the Division of Student Affairs and a representative from Human Resoruces.
